Pet Agreement
Thank you for choosing to stay at Palm City Motor Inn. We are pleased to welcome well-behaved pets. To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests, please read and agree to the following terms.
Pet Policy
- A pet fee of NZ$30 per stay, per pet applies.
- Only dogs and cats are permitted, unless prior approval has been granted by management.
- A maximum of two (2) pets per room is permitted.
- Pets must be under the owner’s control at all times and must not be left unattended in the guest room.
- Pets must be kept on a leash whenever outside the room and while on motel grounds.
- Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, chairs, or other furniture. Please bring your own pet bedding if required.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately, both inside the room and throughout the motel property.
- Excessive barking, aggressive behaviour, or any disturbance to other guests is not permitted. Management reserves the right to require the immediate removal of any pet causing a nuisance.
- The registered guest accepts full responsibility for any damage, additional cleaning, or loss caused by their pet. Charges may include, but are not limited to:
o Carpet or upholstery cleaning
o Replacement or repair of furniture, linen, or fittings
o Flea or odour treatment
o Damage to landscaping or motel property
- Pets should be healthy, well behaved, and appropriately vaccinated.
- Certified service dogs and assistance dogs are welcome in accordance with New Zealand law and are exempt from pet fees.
- Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel pet accommodation at its discretion if these conditions are not met.
